"I have been with this office several years but ever since this office lost Michael F. the office has been functioning poorly. Every employee I speak with is new or lacks information. I have been given the wrong information multiple times on multiple calls. It seemed like Tovah might have been able to help but was supposed to re-bill a policy that I had changed coverage for and I never heard from her so I had to pay the improper and higher amount. When I tried to call to find out what was going on with the re-bill and she is out of office until next week and I was told no one there could help until she came back. Unacceptable service, frustrating, and dangerous for people trying to get or change coverage if they don't have the right information."

"This office rarely answers phone calls. The only way I have been able to get assistance is by calling the 1-800 number. Getting a response through email is also very difficult and often takes much longer than expected.

I would not use this company again. Working with the local office has been extremely frustrating because they are difficult to reach, and the main customer service line is often unable to answer specific questions. To make matters worse, their automated AI phone system frequently struggles to understand what callers are saying, making it even harder to get help when it's needed."

"Ive been with State Farm and Bill for over 2 years now. I’ve never had an issue before and truly appreciate them. I don’t know who I spoke to, but he was absolutely uncalled for. I called over 7 times to understand why my bill was $400 more than usual. No one could figure it out…. I just wanted to understand my bill before paying. So I called again because now my bill is past due and I still want an answer. I called the agent transferred me to billing, billing couldn’t understand again Now I’m transferred to auto with the agent. While auto is trying to figure out what’s going on, The agent proceeds to tell me the bill is going to stay the same and it’s not going down and I’m just going in circles. I never said I wanted the amount to go down. I said I wanted to understand why it was that much because it’s out of the norm. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half called over seven times in a month And you have the audacity to say something nasty. Just to be told, they owe me over $300 in credits. And the bill has not been fixed, I’m still waiting. I am so thankful for the lady in auto. I want to say Matt was the agents name whoever it was needs a cup of coffee and some sunshine in their day."
