"I have had mixed feelings with Bill Hon SF. There were a few agents that I have worked with that have not been proactive, with the largest issue being that they make things (I e. bill breakdowns) more complex than they should be and lack of responsiveness. I was also not given a heads up the my cost will increase for not signing a specific form. I expect my insurance company to be all over it and 100% disclose those implications. I had a number of questions today on my bill and playing our different scenarios to understand how cost will be affected. Tovah was super patient and provided some great options as to how I can go about slightly reducing my overall cost. Providing 3 stars given my overall experience (and lack of support from agents I have worked with) but want to specifically give Tovah credit for her help and support."
